Designed with a high-efficiency monolithic converter, it integrates the inductor and power components into a compact QFN package, enabling fast design-in and minimal external BOM. With its wide input voltage range and low standby current, it is ideal for applications demanding high performance in space-constrained environments.

The device uses peak-current mode control with internal compensation to provide excellent load and line regulation. It also includes built-in features such as soft start, overcurrent protection (OCP), overtemperature protection (OTP), and undervoltage lockout (UVLO) to ensure safe and reliable operation.
