The resistance values for the RK73H2B-RT range from 10 Ω to 10 MΩ with a T.C.R. of ±100 ppm/°C and ±200 ppm/°C. KOA offers the 1206 package size with a power rating of 0.25 W and an operating temperature of -55°C to +155°C.

The RK73H2B-RT resistors use a special high sulfuration proof inner top electrode material making them ideal for outdoor environment applications such as mining, agricultural, winery, and oil/gas. They are also an excellent choice for use in automotive electronics and factory automation.

  • High stability and high reliability with the triple-layer structure of electrode
  • Products with lead-free terminations meet EU RoHS requirements (EU RoHS regulation is not intended for Pb-glass contained in electrode, resistor element, or glass)
