Ampleon ART series LDMOS RF power transistors are designed for demanding industrial, scientific, medical (ISM), broadcast, and communication applications. These devices leverage advanced rugged technology (ART) to deliver high efficiency, robust operation, and broad frequency coverage. The series spans 35 W to 2,500 W output power, supporting a wide range of system requirements.
Each device is engineered for broadband operation, high breakdown voltage, and excellent ruggedness, with integrated ESD protection and thermal management features. The ART series is suitable for both pulsed and continuous wave (CW) operation, ensuring reliability in high-stress environments.
