XBee® RR Wireless Module

Digi's wireless modules provide secure networking with quick time-to-market

Image of Digi XBee® RR Wireless ModuleDigi's XBee® RR wireless modules provide secure networking with quick time-to-market. Software, gateways, and cloud connectivity support short-range RR wireless networking systems with Zigbee®, 802.15.4, and DigiMesh® protocols, as well as Bluetooth®.

Digi XBee modules leverage multiple wireless protocols and RF frequencies suitable for various network architectures, including Zigbee and 802.15.4. DigiMesh peer-to-peer mesh networking protocol reduces the complexity of the Zigbee protocol for point-to-multipoint configuration. The XBee RR RF module supports Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and connection to another BLE-enabled device. Cellphone-capable connection to the XBee module configures and programs the device.

Together, Digi XBee RR modules, the Digi IX15 gateway, and Digi Remote Manager® provide a complete device-to-cloud IoT solution. With rugged, market-proven components and a highly secure platform, Digi XBee RR products cut costs, reduce risk, and drive project efficiencies for industrial applications such as oil and gas, water/wastewater, solar, and agriculture.
