BL54L15µ Series Modules

The Ezurio BL54L15µ series of embedded modules is engineered around the powerful Nordic Semiconductor nRF54L15 system-on-chip (SoC). This next-generation family redefines the possibilities for Bluetooth low-energy (BLE) and 802.15.4 connectivity. Building on the proven foundation of the nRF52 series, the BL54L15µ delivers enhanced processing power, expanded memory, and advanced peripherals within an ultra-compact footprint (6.3 mm x 7.9 mm), making it an ideal solution for low-power wireless applications where size is a critical constraint.

Leveraging the Nordic nRF54L15 (WLCSP 300 µm) SoC, our miniature BL54L15µ modules provide secure and reliable Bluetooth LE and 802.15.4 communication, programmable with the Nordic SDK, Zephyr RTOS, and Canvas software suite.
