RCH Series Rack Cabinet System
The Hammond Manufacturing equipment rack cabinet system is designed to support 19" EIA-compliant rack-mounted equipment
The RCH series from Hammond Manufacturing is an equipment rack cabinet system designed to support 19" EIA-compliant rack-mounted equipment. The system consists of heavy-duty rack cabinets, optional solid locking doors, and compatible mounting rack rails, all engineered to work together as a cohesive solution. Constructed from 16 AWG steel and manufactured in North America, the RCH series supports high static loads and offers flexible configuration options for a wide range of rack heights and depths.
RCH Rack Cabinets
- Constructed from 16 AWG steel
- Static load rating: 800 lbs. (363 kg)
- Two pairs of adjustable-depth 19" EIA-compliant round-hole punched combination rails included
- Ships with PVC non-marking feet, lifting handles, a starter pack of 16 10-32 screws, and clip nuts
- Self-squaring, knock-down design ships unassembled with simple corner bolt assembly
- Available with solid or vented side panels
- Finished in textured RAL9005 black or RAL7035 light gray powder paint
- TAA compliant, RoHS compliant, and manufactured in an ISO 9001:2015-certified facility
RCHD Solid Locking Doors
- Designed exclusively for use with RCH Series rack cabinets
- 16-gauge steel construction
- Symmetrical design allows left- or right-hand hinge mounting
- Includes installed lock with two keys
- Finished to match RCH cabinets in textured RAL9005 black or RAL7035 light gray
- Includes mounting hardware
- TAA compliant, RoHS and REACH compliant
- Manufactured in North America
RCHR Mounting Rack Rails
- 16-gauge steel construction
- Designed for use with RCH Series rack cabinets
- Sold as additional pairs (RCH cabinets ship with two pairs standard)
- Includes cabinet mounting hardware
- Rack mounting hardware sold separately
- Finished in textured RAL9005 black powder paint
- TAA compliant, RoHS and REACH compliant
- Manufactured in North America within an ISO 9001:2015-certified facility
