JAE's KN06 series rectangular single-engagement lever locking modular connectors were developed primarily for large equipment, such as semiconductor manufacturing and industrial equipment requiring multi-pole wiring.
The KN06 series addresses complex equipment initiation processes with a simplified design consolidating several contacts into one fitting. This series houses up to six modular insulators and can mate up to 300 positions in one platform, reducing the number of connector mating operations during installation. The KN06 series provides an extremely user-friendly experience. Its rack and pinion system lever structure reduces the force required for mating, and its plastic outer shell provides a lightweight design that contributes to the reduction in workload during mating operations.
