NKK Switches M series snap-action precision pushbuttons deliver durable and smooth performance
NKK Switches M series snap-action pushbuttons are designed for reliable performance and long-lasting mechanical life. These switches feature a snap-acting mechanism to deliver smooth actuation with a short stroke, light touch, and audible feedback.
The high torque bushing construction ensures stability during installation by preventing rotation or separation from the frame. At the same time, the anti-jamming design protects contacts from damage caused by excessive downward force on the actuator.
Built with a corrosion-resistant stainless-steel frame, these switches provide exceptional durability in demanding environments. For added versatility, they are fully compatible with NKK Switches M series toggle switches, offering matching body, bushing, and footprint dimensions for seamless side-by-side mounting.
- Vibration: 10 Hz to 55 Hz with peak-to-peak amplitude of 1.5 mm traversing the frequency range and returning in 1 minute; 3 right-angled directions for 2 hours
- Shock: 500 m/s2 acceleration (tested in 6 right-angled directions, with 3 shocks in each direction)
- Operating temperature range: -30°C to +85°C (-22°F to +185°F)
- Humidity: 90% to 95% humidity for 240 hours @ +40°C (+104°F)
