onsemi's wide Vin LDOs offers ultra-low quiescent current, fast transient response, and high input and output voltage ranges
onsemi's wide Vin/Vout family is based on a unique combination of features − ultra-low quiescent current, fast transient response, and high input and output voltage ranges. Additional features, such as high PSRR and low noise, are being added as options. These features are designed to specifically meet various applications like Wi-Fi connectivity, automotive, multi-battery-powered equipment, and industrial motor control.

- Operating input voltage range: 2.7 V to 60 V
- Output voltage: 1.2 V to 33 V, fixed and adjustable
- Very low quiescent current down to 1 µA typ.
- Output voltage accuracy at ±1%
- Power good output applications
