POSCAP™ TPE Series Conductive Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors

Panasonic’s capacitors are ideal for use in servers, base stations, and industrial applications

Image of Panasonic POSCAP™ TPE Series Conductive Polymer Tantalum Solid CapacitorsPanasonic expands the TPE series in the POSCAP conductive polymer tantalum solid capacitor product line. The POSCAP TPE series, offering over 100 unique part numbers, is ideal for a wide variety of applications.

POSCAP capacitors utilize sintered tantalum as an anode system and a highly conductive polymer created with Panasonic's unique method as a cathode system. This enables POSCAP capacitors to be thin, small, and at the same time have low ESR (equivalent series resistance), high ripple current ratings, and superior high-frequency characteristics. These features make POSCAP capacitors one of the best candidates for digital/high-frequency applications.

The POSCAP TPE series is offered in both D and B case sizes and features ESR as low as 7 mΩ with ripple current ratings up to 4.4 ARMS. With high reliability and proven performance, the TPE series is an ideal capacitor for use in servers, base stations, and industrial applications.
