ADIN1200/ADIN1300 Robust Ethernet PHY | Datasheet Preview
The design of these two Ethernet transceivers, the ADIN1200 and ADIN1300, combines an energy-efficient Ethernet physical layer device core with related analog circuitry, clock buffering, subsystem registers, management interface, and MAC interface and control logic. The ADIN1200 operates as a 10 or 100 mega-bit-per-second Ethernet transceiver, and is available in a 5 millimeter by 5 millimeter, 32-lead frame chip scale package. This device can operate from a single 3.3-volt power supply. With speeds up to 1 giga-bits-per-second, the ADIN1300 comes in 40-lead package measuring 6 by 6 millimeters. This version operates from a minimum of two power supplies, 0.9 volts and 3.3 volts.
