RxxCTxxS Series DC/DC Converter | Datasheet Preview

This low cost, low profile, 500-milliwatt surface mount DC-to-DC converter is a single solution with an input of 5 volts and a user-definable regulated output of 3.3 volts or 5 volts. Offered in a compact 16-pin SOIC package measuring only 10.3 millimeters by 7.5 millimeters by 2.6 millimeters, this product features an ultra-wide temperature range from minus 40 degrees Celsius to 140 degrees Celsius. Other highlights include low EMI emissions, 5 kilovolts-AC of reinforced isolation, and a no minimum load requirement. Ideal applications include IIoT applications, current sensing, medical applications which require robust isolation, and gate driver applications.
