The maxiFLOW heat sinks also exhibit low energy loss, as shown in the images on the left. The gold color on the heat sinks shows energy loss and signifies resistance to airflow. Another performance advantage is that maxiFLOW heat sinks allow very high speed flows through the fin field, as shown in the images on the right. The combination of low flow egress, energy loss, pressure drop and high speed flow translates into enhanced thermal performance.
