Zilog/Littelfuse's F1680 Series is a family of highly integrated, low voltage/low power, very cost efficient 8-bit mixed-mode flash microcontrollers. The F1680 is based on the popular eZ8™ CPU core with highly integrated analog and digital peripheral features  optimized for many applications. This series features a 20 Mhz eZ8™ CPU Core, low voltage VDD 1.8 V to 3.6 V, 128 to 256 bytes of NVDS, single pin built-in debugger, and an internal precision oscillator (IPO) with output from 43.2 khz to 11 Mhz.
