This presentation will focus on several industrial challenges and a commercial solution. The solution is called “RIIoT™ by Radiocrafts”. RIIoT is a wireless, long-range, two-way symmetric network in a module based on two RF modules, the SPR and the GPR modules. The RIIoT net controller, which is a small Linux middleware in the gateway, is also needed to forward the RIIoT packets as JSON objects to a socket for full cloud connectivity. The customer needs to develop a box for the network nodes. The box should include the sensor chips from which data is read and/or any units that should be used for alarms or other control. The gateway can virtually connect to any Linux gateway and interfaces to the RIIoT network using the RIIoT gateway dongle.
