In summary, TE’s Standard Line of FASTON product is an exciting addition to the existing portfolio of FASTON products. The tab-to-mate interface reduces insertion force, contributing to a more ergonomic user experience. The standard line is available in both F- and 2D Crimp options. Innovative 2D Crimp technology meets, or exceeds, current industry standards. The 2D Crimping also allows the designer to utilize a variety of wire sizes without the need to change terminals. The Standard Line of FASTON terminals are also backward compatible, giving the user added flexibility.
