The precise measurement capabilities of the HDO oscilloscopes are augmented by a deep suite of math and measurement tools. There are a variety of built-in math functions for waveform debug. Users may display two simultaneous math traces, and each of those traces supports dual math functions. There is a large set of measurement parameters available for quantifying waveform characteristics. Up to eight measurements may be displayed at once. Meanwhile, statistics provide important data such as mean, min, max, standard deviation, and count. Users can also turn on histicons, which offer a thumbnail preview of the statistical distribution of each measurement.
