Welcome to the Viking Technology’s DRAM Module Testing and Reliability Monitoring product training module. This presentation will outline, define, and discuss the design validation testing goals and process for memory modules. This procedure applies to new or qualification designs within Viking Technology. It will review initial tests that are performed on new designs, as well as revisions to existing products. It will also review the Periodic Regression Test.
