Analog Devices’ ADA4625-1 is a high voltage, low-noise, single-supply rail-to-rail output op amp for PLL filter amplifiers, transimpedance amplifiers, and other low-noise, high-gain applications. The ADA4625-1 uses a precision JFET input stage that provides high bandwidth and high gain with low input bias current and low noise. The op amp supports dual supply operation up to ±18V, or single supply operation up to 36 V and it’s designed to prevent phase reversal for signals that exceed the common-mode input range, which includes the negative supply. Combined with the rail-to-rail output, this allows designers to maximize dynamic range without the need for a separate negative supply. ADI’s ADA4625-1 can drive loads up to 1000 pF and 600 Ω.
