Analog Devices' ADF7030-1 is a fully integrated, sub GHz radio transceiver achieving high performance at very low power. It is suitable for operating in ISM, SRD, and licensed frequency bands for applications standards-based protocols like IEEE802.15.4g. The transceiver features an on-chip ARM® Cortex®-M0 processor that performs radio control, radio calibration, and packet management. The ADF7030-1 is available in 6 mm × 6 mm, 40-lead LFCSP and 7 mm × 7 mm, 48-lead LQFP packages. The ADF7030-1 is ideally suited for applications that require long range, network robustness, and long battery life. The ADF7030-1 is also included with several evaluation boards and EZ-KIT models.
