Bantam Tools Desktop PCB Milling Machine | DigiKey Daily

Bantam Tools offers their desktop PCB milling machine for delivering fast, easy, affordable, and professional and reliable precision milling. This desktop PCB milling machine, which has the ability to mill directly from Gerber files, effortlessly handles double-sided PCBs with 6 mil trace and space, thus allowing users to complete work ahead of schedule and on budget. The X-, Y-, and Z-axis motors use stepper motors with 0.000125 inches of microstepping, which permits an accuracy of less than 0.003 inches per 6 inches of linear travel. Acceptable input files include Eagle's BRD, Gerber RS-274X, G-Code, and SVG. Other features include a free intuitive interface, free tech support, CAM tool path planning for supported file types, and real-time data feedback while milling.
