Molex's Compactus sealed hybrid connectors are robust, high-density, automotive-grade connectors made to fit in small spaces. Their features include a terminal retention force with a self-contained secondary lock, featuring a signal of 0.50 mm with a minimum force requirement of 100 Newton. Additionally, it has a minimum power requirement of 100 Newton for both 1.00 mm and 2.80 mm, and a maximum mating force of 70 Newton during lever operation, as well as a maximum unmating force of 70 Newton during lever operation. Additionally, the connectors boast a maximum voltage of 250 V and a minimum insulation resistance of 100 MΩ. These connectors can reduce the interface area by 20% compared with conventional 0.64 mm products and their cover options permit closer clearances and improved real estate optimization in space-constrained applications.
