Silicon Labs' EFR32xG12 Wireless Gecko is a highly integrated, configurable and low power wireless System-on-Chip with a robust set of MCU and radio peripherals. The SoC, with an ARM® Cortex-M4 processor, provides up to 256 K RAM and 1024 K Flash, enough to support field upgrades with over-the-air software updates . The radio enables support for ZigBee, Thread, Bluetooth Low Energy and Proprietary Protocols in 2.4 GHz and sub-GHz frequency bands.
