Electrically Conductive Single-Sided Tape 1020BC Series

3M electrically conductive single-sided tape 1020BC-25 comprises an XYZ-axis conductive black copper foil backing, a conductive acrylic adhesive layer, and a PET release liner. The thin 0.025 mm tape makes 1020BC-25 an excellent EMI shielding and grounding option in small areas.

Compared to conventional single-sided conductive tapes, 3M tape 1020BC-25 provides excellent XYZ-axis-based conductivity, reliable contacts to small grounding areas, and excellent EMI shielding and electrical reliability over time. The acrylic-based adhesive offers high adhesion and good grounding performance to many surface types, making the tape useful for grounding and EMI shielding designs. The thin product construction is ideal for applications with less Z-space.
