ADI's AD4003, AD4007, and AD4011 are 18-bit, SAR ADCs that are low noise, low power, and high speed. The AD4003 has a throughput of 2 MSPS, the AD4007 has 1 MSPS, and the AD4001 has 500 kSPS. These ADCs take a single 1.8 V input and provide 1.7 V to 5.5 V logic output. The devices use multiple data interfaces such as DSP, Microwire™, QSPI™, and SPI. The ADCs comes in a 10-pin MSOP or LFCSP package that have operating temperatures of -40°C to +125°C. AD4003, AD4007, and AD4011 SAR ADCs are ideal for battery powered, healthcare, and automation equipment.
