ADI’s AD5601, AD5611, and AD5621 are 8-, 10-, and 12-bit digital-to-analog converts (DACs) from the nanoDAC part family. The AD5601 is an 8-bit DAC whereas the AD5611 is a 10-bit and the AD5621 is a 12-bit DAC. These devices have a variety of interface options from SPI, QSPI™, Microwire™, and digital serial peripheral (DSP) interface standards. These micropower DACs have a wide voltage range from 2.7 V to 5.5 V and consume a low 100 µA at 5 V with power down as low as 0.2 µA at 3 V. They have a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and come in either LFCSP or SC70 packages. The AD5601, AD5611, and AD5621 are ideal for battery and hand-held applications.
