The Calian quadrifilar HC technology features a precision-tuned helix antenna element that delivers excellent gain and axial ratio from zenith to horizon and over all azimuth angles to help minimize multipath. Designed for precision positioning, these antennas combine low power low-noise amplifiers (LNA) with an integrated low-loss pre-filter to protect against out-of-band interference. With extremely low weight and strong performance without a ground plane, Calian helical antennas are well suited for precise point positioning (PPP) and real-time kinematic (RTK) applications on lightweight vehicles such as uncrewed aerial vehicles (UAVs), uncrewed ground vehicles (UGVs), and robotics.
