SiC diodes perform well under high-temperature conditions and have an ultra-low reverse current (IR) for increased efficiency. These characteristics work together to reduce power consumption. SiC diodes are ideal for applications in automotive electronics (EV/HEV/FCEV), power supplies (PFC), solar inverters, grid networks, and public transport industries.
