947D Series DC-Link Capacitor
Cornell Dubilier Knowles' capacitors offer high current and high capacitance for inverter applications
Cornell Dubilier Knowles' type 947D series of DC-Link capacitors use the most advanced metalized film technology for long life and high reliability in DC-Link applications. This series combines high capacitance and very high ripple current capability needed for today’s inverter designs.
Specifications
- Capacitance range: 130 µF to 1,500 µF
- Capacitance tolerance: ±10% standard
- Rated voltage: 900 VDC to 1,300 VDC
- Temperature range: -45°C to +85°C (ambient)
- Ratings up to 100 ARMS at an ambient temperature of +55ºC
- Life tested 7,000 h at +85°C, rated voltage
- Life expectancy: 350,000 h at +60°C core, rated voltage

- Case material aluminum can (with optional M12 stud for mounting)
- Resin material dry resin UL94V-0
- Terminal material tin-plated brass available in stud M8 or insert M6 configurations
