XLamp® XHP – Extreme High Power LEDs

Cree LED XLamp Extreme High Power (XHP) LEDs deliver excellent lumen density, reliability, and optical control for their size. By leveraging the XHP family advantages, lighting manufacturers can significantly reduce their system cost by using fewer optics, PCBs, and heat sinks than possible with standard LEDs. The latest generation XHP family LEDs deliver improved optical performance versus the previous generations, with higher intensity through optics.

XHP35.2: XLamp XHP35.2 LEDs deliver XHP levels of lumen density in the familiar XLamp XP LED 3.45 mm x 3.45 mm footprint. Capable of producing almost 2,000 lumens from an extremely small optical source, XHP35.2 LEDs are ideal for many directional indoor and outdoor lighting applications. XHP35.2 LEDs are available in high density and high intensity versions.

XHP35.2 Pro9™: XLamp XHP35.2 Pro9 LEDs enhance the efficacy of 90 CRI XHP35.2 LEDs by 10%, lowering the energy usage for many indoor directional lighting applications. The XHP35.2 Pro9 is available in both high density and high intensity options, offering flexibility for various lighting applications.

XHP50.2: XLamp XHP50.2 LEDs are the second generation of XHP50 LEDs, offering enhanced lumen density, voltage, reliability, and optical performance over the first generation.

XHP50.3: XLamp XHP50.3 LEDs are the third generation of XHP50 LEDs that provide many improvements over the previous generations, including improved optical performance, added High Intensity versions, 95 CRI options, and a 3 V version. The XHP50.3 High Intensity provides double the intensity for existing XHP50 designs.

XHP70.2: XLamp XHP70.2 LEDs are the second generation of XHP50 LEDs, offering enhanced lumen density, voltage, reliability, and optical performance over the first generation.

XHP70.3: XLamp XHP70.3 LEDs are the third generation of XHP70 LEDs that provide many improvements over the previous generations, including a much higher maximum current rating, improved optical performance, added High Intensity versions, 95 CRI options, and a 3 V version.

XHP 3V: XLamp XHP White LED Family now offers 3 V options for XHP35.2, XHP50.3, and XHP70.3 products. XHP LEDs deliver industry-leading lumen density, light quality, and optical control for portable lighting applications. All 3 V versions are available with CCT options ranging from 5000 K to 7000 K, optimized for maximum performance.

Additionally, like its larger counterparts, the added XHP35.2 LED features a configurable package that supports either 3 V or 6 V, depending on the PCB solder pad layout. This flexibility allows one LED order code to be used in two different ways, reducing costs and maintaining high performance regardless of the battery system used to drive the LEDs.
