CARDEDGE+ Card Edge Connectors

EDAC’s standard product includes card edge, press-fit card edge, metal-to-metal card edge, high temp card edge, and high-speed card edge connectors. Each subcategory of the edge board connectors is available in many standard variations. These standard variations accept many board thicknesses and include multiple contact spacings (pitch), row spacings, insulator heights, termination styles, mounting options, and orientations.

In the event standard EDAC card edge connectors do not meet existing application requirements, the standard version can be modified with little to no additional cost, opening many more connector options.

EDAC offers multiple card guides and polarizing keys. Card guides can be preassembled if needed. Loose polarizing keys can be inserted into the connector where needed. The ability to mold a polarizing key within an existing standard product while utilizing existing tools is available if a more permanent polarized connector solution is required.
