Circular M8/M12 Connectors
ERNI’s M8/M12 circular connector series are for sensors, remote I/O, and many devices essential to the modern connected world and IoT
ERNI’s circular M8 and M12 connector series are easy to implement, and they adhere to IEC 61076-2. The M12 connectors are suitable for almost all field bus specifications and are available in various codings. They are compatible with conventional soldering processes, achieving significant cost savings in equipment manufacture. The connectors offer protection from penetrating water and dust. A large selection of accessories, such as protective caps and O-ring seals, are available. ERNI supplements the comprehensive product range of M8 and M12 connectors with application and customized solutions. A high degree of cost efficiency is guaranteed with the option of automatic machine processing and solder processes.

- Right-angled M12 is for sensor pipe
- Codings A, B, D, and X
- Two-part solution with mounting options SMT (surface mount technology) and THR (through-hole reflow) with separate locking nut
- Applications options increase due to various extensions of cable assemblies, quick termination types, t-coupler, adapters, O-rings, threaded shells, and protective caps
- Stamped or machined female contacts
- SMT creates space savings as assembly height of ERNI circular connectors is lower than competition connectors
- SMT also enables cost savings at assembly
- Different PCB thicknesses include 1.0 mm, 1.6 mm, 2.0 mm, and more
- Tape and reel packaging for automated assembly
