HLSR Series Industrial Current Sensors

The LEM HLSR series is purpose-built for accurate electronic measurement of DC, AC, and pulsed currents, offering galvanic isolation between primary and secondary circuits to enhance safety and signal integrity. With five selectable nominal current ranges including 10 A_RMS, 20 A_RMS, 32 A_RMS, 40 A_RMS, and 50 A_RMS, and a measuring capability up to 2.5 times the nominal current (I_PN), these sensors deliver high precision across a wide range of industrial applications. Their open-loop Hall effect technology ensures fast response times and minimal offset and gain drift, making them ideal for dynamic current monitoring.

Designed specifically for PCB integration, the HLSR series comes in two mounting configurations: HLSR-P for through-hole and HLSR-SM for surface-mount applications. Each sensor occupies just 3.87 cm² of board space and stands only 12 mm tall, making it a compact solution for space-constrained designs. Additional features include access to voltage reference and standard voltage output.
