Microchip PIC32CM JH secure low-power 32-bit MCU with integrated hardware security is designed for automotive and industrial applications
The Microchip PIC32CM JH microcontroller is engineered for developers who need robust security and low-power performance in a compact footprint. Featuring an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core with TrustZone® technology, it offers secure boot, cryptographic acceleration, and tamper detection for secure embedded systems. With an AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification, CAN FD, and a rich array of analog peripherals, it is ideal for automotive and industrial applications where reliability and efficiency are critical.
Features
- ECC with fault injection on both the Flash and SRAM
- Memory built-in self-test (MBIST) for SRAM
- Loopbacks on many of the serial communications interfaces
- Clock failure detection (CFD)
- Support for mutual-capacitance and self-capacitance sensing
- One pin per electrode, which eliminates the need for external components
- Ability to add buttons, wheels, sliders, and surfaces
- Wake on touch
- Configurable one-time programmable (OTP) section of Flash for secure boot code
- SHA-256 hardware with integrity check monitor (ICM) for direct memory access (DMA)
