0.25 mm Premo-Flex Cable Jumpers
Molex jumpers are ideal for electrical connections between PCBs and display boards in tight packaging applications
Molex’s 0.25 mm pitch Premo-Flex jumpers mate with Molex 0.25 mm pitch Easy-On FFC/FPC connectors to offer reliable connectivity in a compact design for tight packaging applications. This simple assembly process is ideal for electrical connections between PCBs and display boards. Premo-Flex jumpers are available in copper material and gold plating; the material is polyimide with flame retardant adhesive. They are offered in various conductor sizes, as well as in 2”, 4”, and 6” lengths.

- Heat resistance: +105°C for 96 hours
- Thermal shock:
- 30 minutes at -55°C
- 30 minutes at +85°C
- Moisture resistance: exposed to +40°C ±2°C for 24 hours, relative humidity 90% to 95%
- Folding: specimen folded manually at 180° bending angle 20 times
