NI DAQ devices provide high performance without compromise
NI premium DAQ devices provide hardware and software for quality measurement. NI offers high-quality PCI/PCI Express, PXI, and USB DAQ devices in a wide selection of premium hardware to drive research forward.
PCI/PCI Express devices are installed on the motherboard inside a desktop or industrial computer, similar to installing a graphics card. Choose a PCI/PCI Express device for better streaming and single-point read/write performance vs. USB at a generally lower cost per channel. PCI/PCI Express systems are more common for lab test benches and manufacturing test systems.
PXI systems are computers for test engineers. PXI multifunction DAQ devices combine ±10 V inputs with ±10 V outputs and digital/TTL signals. They are a very popular style of DAQ device for wide signal type coverage and general flexibility. Engineers can combine multifunction PXI DAQ devices with PXI DDMs, scopes, SMUs, and other instruments for research, validation, and manufacturing.
