RECOM Power RVP and RVPW series highly integrated transformer driver ICs are designed for compact, efficient, and reliable isolated DC/DC power supplies. These devices simplify isolated power design while supporting a wide range of topologies and application requirements.
Supporting push-pull, flyback, and full-bridge topologies, the RVP portfolio covers input voltages from 2.5 V to 100 V and output power levels from 1 W to 10 W. This versatility makes the series well-suited for industrial, medical, telecom, gate drive, and interface power applications.
By integrating low RDS(ON) power MOSFETs, oscillators, protection functions, and dead-time control into a single device, the RVP/RVPW series significantly reduces the external component count, development effort, and PCB area, enabling faster time to market and more compact power designs.
