This solution from Renesas monitors critical power systems alerting when the power goes down and Wi-Fi® loses connection
Changes in society, such as with home health and eldercare and refrigeration, make it important to know when power has been lost. Renesas’ winning combination critical power monitoring system alerts when the power goes down and Wi-Fi loses connectivity because of a breakdown in infrastructure within the home. Combining NB-IoT/Cat-M1 with rechargeable batteries can solve this issue and notify home/business owners of a main power loss.
