Image of ROHM's Automotive EEPROMsROHM Semiconductor’s serial EEPROMs are non-volatile memory made with a double cell structure optimized for data retention. The automotive EEPROMs are good up to 1 M write cycles and offer up to 40 years of data retention. They offer a range of interfaces including microwire, I2C, and serial peripheral interface (SPI) bus. Storage capacities are available up to 1 Mbit density and they are available in a variety of surface mount packages.
