ROHM's intelligent power modules (IPM) are suitable driving circuits for IGBT devices

It is a suitable driving circuit for IGBT devices and ICs, which have protection functionality. These products contribute high efficiency and designed simplification to the application.

    • Low saturation voltage IGBT
    • Low on-resistance Super Junction FET (PrestoMOS™)
    • Low forward voltage and trr FWD
  • LSI (built-in gate driver and bootstrap diode)
    • Silicon on insulator (SOI) technology for high side IGBT gate driver (HVIC), current limit for bootstrap diode
    • UVLO, SCP, TSD, temperature monitor, fault output
    • Input interface 3.3 V, 5 V (high active)
    • Ceramic isolation PKG
      • 1500 VRMS (2500 VRMS) isolation, low thermal resistance
