Samtec’s PCI Express compatible edge cards offer solutions that meet Gen 3 (PCIE) and Gen 4 (PCIE-G4) specs. They support 1, 4, 8, and 16 PCI Express links. They accept 0.062” (1.60 mm) cards, and mating PCI Express cable assemblies (PCIEC) are also available. They come in a choice of vertical, right-angle, and edge mount orientations as well as optional alignment pins and weld tabs. The PCIE-G4 series uses Samtec’s rugged Edge Rate® contact system for optimized signal integrity performance and cycle life.
