Skyworks' SKY66121-11 is a high-efficiency, high-performance transmit/receive front-end module (FEM) that provides greater than four times range extension. The device features low power consumption and enables fast switch timing, which is ideal for Internet of Things (IoT) applications, including smart metering, connected home, smart city sensors, and industrial, scientific, and medical (ISM) systems.
