Ultra-Low Current LEDs

SunLED’s ultra-low current LEDs support engineering demands. A low current operation of I_F = 2 mA paired with low forward voltages allow these LEDs to provide engineers with over 90% power reduction compared to traditional LEDs. SunLED has carefully rated this series of LEDs to ensure the highest level of quality and consistency.

Included in the ultra-low current series are top emitting and right-angle form factor options along with single color and RGB to further enhance design flexibility. Several parts are offered with ultra-bright chips in a dome lens package to maintain a high-intensity output while running at low currents.
