PC94 Non-Silicone Gap Filler

t-Global Technology's PC94 is the latest offering from its line of thermally conductive non-silicone gap pads. The PC94 consists of an ultra-soft acrylic elastomer filled with thermally conductive ceramic particles. PC94 is best suited for applications where a gap of 0.25 mm to 5 mm needs to be filled, as well as applications which are sensitive to silicone and outgassing. PC94 may be supplied as sheets, die-cut parts, or as molded parts, and can be used to provide an effective thermal interface when silicone products are not an acceptable option.
