By using a dedicated Toshiba TC78B016FTG motor driver, three-phase brushless motors with inverter control can be easily driven. Large-capacity brushless motors can also be driven by using a Toshiba TB6634FNG external driver-type motor-controlled driver. Low heat generation and low power dissipation can be achieved when using Toshiba’s MOSFETs: TPWR8004PL, and TPHR8504PL with low on-resistance and high heat dissipation efficiency as a driver. In addition, the use of small package products makes it easier to reduce the board area without sacrificing power.

LDO operational amplifiers like Toshiba’s TC75S67TU are useful for current monitoring circuits for the system power supply and the detection of abnormalities in the equipment.
