Würth Elektronik’s optocoupler Darlington LEDs have a copper lead-frame for high reliability
Würth Elektronik's WL-OCDA series optocoupler Darlington LEDs feature an optocoupler with an infrared LED on the input side and a Darlington transistor on the output side. The optocoupler Darlington LEDs are offered in DIP4 with different lead-frame options and SOP4 package size. The WL-OCDA series features a high isolation voltage along with good stability of inner solation. The LEDs are used in programmable logic controller, telephone, measuring instrument, and sequence controller applications.
