Size can be a critical requirement in product design. This table shows the size of each series with all measurements given in millimeters (mm). The mini-breaker product line began with the LC and HC series which continue to be very popular. However, the introduction of the NR series allowed mini-breakers to offer similar current and temperature performance in a 50% smaller package size. This has lead to the NR series being adapted in smartphones and other handheld portable electronics. The SC series is the TCO device that is often used in USB Type-C cables.
