OSLON® UV 3636 – UV-C LEDs for Disinfection Applications

The UV 3636 series is ideal for use in the most demanding UV-C air, water, or surface disinfection applications and are RoHS compliant and mercury-free. With a reliable and robust surface mount ceramic and quartz package and an integrated glass cover, the SU CULDN1.VC is built on Aluminum gallium nitride flip-chip technology. This UV-C LED features a typical radiation of 120o, a peak wavelength of 275 nanometers, a radiant flux of 42 milliwatts, and a radiant efficiency of 2.1%. The SU CULCN1.VC features 5 kV of ESD protection and is well-suited for horticulture treatment, sensing, and UV-C treatment applications.
