NKK LB and UB Series Pushbuttons | DigiKey Daily

NKK offers their ready-to-order LB and UB series of pushbuttons with protective guards. These pushbuttons come pre-assembled with a specified base switch and polyamide rectangular protective guard with cover to provide protection against accidental actuation and environmental intrusions. The UB series includes illumination and a laser etched “ON” symbol. The LB series offers a power rating of 3 amps, a mechanical life of one-million operations, an electrical life of one-hundred-thousand operations, and a nominal operating force of 4.41 newtons. The UB series provides a rating of 5 amps, a mechanical life of two-hundred-thousand operations, an electrical life of up to one-hundred-thousand operations, and a nominal operating force of 1.9 newtons. Both versions are single-pole-double-throw with a non-shorting contact timing configuration.
