Vicor DCM2322 DC/DC Converters | DigiKey Daily

Vicor’s lower-power DCM2322 is an isolated and regulated DC-to-DC converter that operates from an unregulated, wide-range input to generate an isolated 12 volt-DC output. The unit can produce up to 60 watts, or 5 amps of continuous current, with a maximum efficiency of 89.7 percent. Its high-frequency, zero-voltage switching topology allows for a low-profile design with high-density filtering. Two modes of operation are possible: the 60-watt standalone mode, and the array mode, which permits up to 8 combined units for producing a total 480 watts. Offered in a 2322 through-hole ChiP package, this product offers flexible thermal management options with very low top-side and bottom-side thermal impedances. Typical applications include rail transportation, defense and aerospace, industrial, and process control.
